Sherianne is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her Bachelor or Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas in 2018, and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University in 2023. Sherianne has worked with many different ages and populations, and her background includes work in both inpatient and outpatient mental health helping clients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, dual diagnosis, personality disorders, women’s issues, and trauma.
Sherianne believes that in a warm, inviting, and non-judgmental space, clients can find personal growth, empowerment, and emotional well-being. She is passionate about helping clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. Sherianne utilizes a variety of counseling theories, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to best assist her clients in growth and healing.
