Meredith Manas

Meredith Manas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA.

Meredith has worked in a variety of settings, including residential and outpatient, providing treatment for adults with substance use disorders, dual diagnosis, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. She approaches her clients with genuineness, compassion, and positive regard to meet them where they are in their journey toward living a life that is meaningful to the client. She works to instill motivation and hope that change is attainable.

When working with clients, Meredith incorporates evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing into her work to assist them in meeting their self-identified goals.

In her free time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husky pup, family, and friends. She also enjoys exercising, listening to music, watching a good sitcom, and baking.
