Katelyn Williams

Katelyn Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who specializes in working with children and adolescents. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas State University, and a master’s degree in counseling from St. Edward’s University.

Katelyn completed her graduate school internship at Connections Family and Individual Services in New Braunfels as a child and adolescent counselor. She also interned at Texas NeuroRehab Center for those who had dual psychiatric/substance abuse disorders. Katelyn has experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician and worked directly with austistic children using Applied Behavioral Analysis. For the last two years, Katelyn has practiced as a child and adolescent therapist in Dothan, Alabama.

Throughout her career, Katelyn has addressed issues such as ADHD, behavioral concerns, generalized and social anxiety, depression, and trauma. Katelyn utilizes Applied Behavioral Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems to address concerns within the individual and the family. She loves working with people through all walks of life.

Katelyn is a military spouse and mother. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, yoga, watching a good show, jogging, reading, and trying new restaurants.
