Carah Buscho is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, and families through life’s most challenging seasons. She holds a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, and brings a compassionate, strengths-based approach to every session.
With a deep understanding of family systems and child development, Carah integrates several evidence-based modalities in her work, including Play Therapy interventions, Structural Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She believes in creating a safe and engaging therapeutic space where children and teens feel heard, valued, and empowered. This includes utilizing the child and family’s interests, strengths, and beliefs to find unique interventions and strategies that best fit the family’s needs. She partners with parents and caregivers to support growth both in and outside of the therapy room, recognizing the vital role families play in the healing process.
When she’s not in session, Carah enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and Beagle, traveling, reading, and watching movies.
