Rhonda Mack is an Army Veteran and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with military veterans and their spouses/families, as well as non-veterans, LGBTQIA+ adults, couples, individuals, people of color/BIPOC, and adolescents and young adults. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human services and a master’s degree in counseling from St. Edward’s University.
She enjoys collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans focusing on mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and reality-based approaches. She specializes in addressing a range of challenges including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST), anxiety, depression, affair recovery, intimacy, reentry for justice-involved individuals, and life transitions.
Rhonda provides a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental environment where clients can freely express themselves, heal from trauma, and explore their emotions. She empowers clients to honor their experiences, speak openly, and embrace their journey toward a fulfilling life. Your life, your voice, and your mental health matters.
In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys baking, karaoke, car shows and spending quality time with her dogs. She also finds rejuvenation by indulging in saltwater float therapy and exploring local treasures at garage and estate sales. Two fun facts about Rhonda: She loves the tactile feel and smell of new automobile tires and she is a Barry Manilow super-fan!
